digi.zobeda.com is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. “We”, “us” and “our” mean digi.zobeda.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

2What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and what you write when you contact us.
• Order information: what you bought, when, how you paid (not your card number), and delivery status.
• Account information: your sign-in details and saved addresses.
• Technical information: device type, browser and pages viewed, collected through cookies.

3How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and send receipts and updates.
• To give you access to your downloads and license keys.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To improve the store, and to send offers if you have agreed to receive them.

4Payments and our partners

We use payment partners to take payments. In Bangladesh we use PayStation. For international digital orders we use Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. These partners receive the details they need to process your payment under their own privacy policies.

We do not see or store your full card number or wallet PIN.

5Who we share it with

We share information only when needed: with couriers to deliver your parcel, with payment partners to take payment, and with sellers when you buy their product on our marketplace (they receive your name and delivery address). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

6Cookies

• Essential: keep your cart and sign-in working.
• Preferences: remember your theme, view and country.
• Analytics: help us understand which pages are useful. You can switch these off in your browser.

7Visitors outside Bangladesh

If you buy from outside Bangladesh, your information is processed in Bangladesh and by our payment partners. By placing an order you agree to this transfer.

8How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9Your choices and rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. To make a request, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

10Keeping your data safe

We use encrypted connections, restricted access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and do not share it.

11Children

The store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For big changes we will tell you by email or a notice on the site.
