1Where we deliver
We deliver physical products to every district in Bangladesh by courier. Physical products are not delivered outside Bangladesh at the moment.
Digital goods and services can be bought from anywhere in the world.
2Delivery times
Delivery time starts after we confirm your order. Orders confirmed before 6 pm are packed the same day.

Public holidays, bad weather and strikes can add a day or two. We will message you if your parcel is delayed.
3Delivery fees
The fee is ৳80 per order. Physical orders over ৳1,500 ship free. Digital goods have no delivery fee.
The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
4Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for physical orders in Bangladesh up to ৳50,000. Larger orders must be paid online.
Cash on delivery is not available when your cart has digital goods. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can, because couriers do not always carry change.
5Tracking your order
Open Track order and enter the order number from your confirmation, for example DM-10482. Signed-in customers can also see the status in Account, Orders.
- Processing.We have your order and are packing it.
- Packed.Your parcel is ready for the courier.
- Shipped.The courier has collected it.
- Out for delivery.It will reach you today.
- Delivered.Tell us if anything is wrong within 7 days.
6If you are not available
The courier will call you before arriving and will try again the next day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. You may be asked to pay the delivery fee again.
7Digital goods
Digital goods are ready right after payment. Open Account, Downloads to get your files and license key. We also email you a copy.
8Damaged on arrival
Please record a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. If something is damaged or missing, send us the video and your order number within 48 hours and we will fix it. See Returns and refunds for the full process.
