1Using the store
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
2Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
3Orders and prices
An order is confirmed when we send you an order number. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If that happens we refund anything you paid.
Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
4Payments
In Bangladesh you can pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards, or cash on delivery for physical orders. Outside Bangladesh, digital goods are paid by card or PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. Services for international clients are paid by invoice.
5Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See Delivery info for areas, times and fees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7Digital goods and licenses
When you buy a digital good you get a license, not ownership. The license type (for example Personal use) is shown on the product page. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files unless the license says so. Free updates are included for 12 months unless the product says otherwise.
8Services
Services are booked by package or by custom quote. We start work after the deposit (50%) is paid, and you pay the balance when you approve the work. Delivery times depend on you sending what we need. We will reply to quote requests within 24 hours.
9Marketplace sellers
In Marketplace mode, products may be sold by independent sellers. The seller is responsible for their listing. We handle checkout and support, and we may remove listings that break these terms.
10Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off topic.
11Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not upload harmful code or content.
12Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site and products accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you cannot give up by law.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
14Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
